Growing up in the dental field and working alongside her mother, Lucy, a highly respected dental professional in her community, Megan developed a deep understanding of both the clinical and operational sides of dentistry. She has worked closely with providers, front office teams, and specialists, gaining insight into what truly drives practice profitability — and what quietly drains it.

Throughout her career, Megan witnessed a recurring challenge: talented dental teams overwhelmed by insurance complexities, aging accounts receivable, and inconsistent billing systems. She also saw how large corporate billing firms often lacked the personal investment and accountability practices truly needed.
